About Bruce

Who is he? The author of "Bulletproof Your Financial Future" (published by Pocketbooks), nationally syndicated radio talk show host (call 1-800-422-9997) for broadcast information in your area!) and a financial planner for nearly twenty years. He is the founder of the Lefavi Wealth Management, which is a prominent independent financial planning practice, helping folks just like you improve their financial situations. His formal training in the financial field includes the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from the College of Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado. He is a Registered Investment Advisor. He is licensed as a Registered Representative; General Principal; Options Principal; Municipal Bond Principal; Life, Health & Disability Insurance Agent; Real Estate Principal Broker; and Past President of the Association of Independent Broker Dealers. Bruce is the owner of Bruce A. Lefavi Wealth Management and Bruce A. Lefavi Securities, Inc.

What has he done? Mr. Lefavi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his MBA from the University of Utah. His experience includes ten years as a manager and sales engineer for Westinghouse Electric Corporation, two years as an options trader for his own account, a Park City real estate developer since 1975, and CEO of the Lefavi Wealth Management, Salt Lake City, Utah.

As a financial expert, Bruce Lefavi has appeared nationally on CNN, CNBC, BRN Radio and in several financial journals. Locally, he has been seen on KUTV, KSL (NBC), and FOX television and has been on local radio KSL, KALL, and KTKK regularly over the last seven years. He consulted for and presented seminars and workshops to organizations such as Novell, California Medical Association, Colorado Medical Association, Bank of Utah, Coal Massey, Holy Cross Hospital, etc. Mr. Lefavi has also been retained as an expert witness for the State of Florida.

What is he Doing? Bruce Lefavi is on the radio! He hosts a weekly "nationally syndicated" financial talk show, "Bulletproof Your Financial Future," which airs locally on Salt Lake City's KSL radio on Sunday afternoon from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. MST. For the past 20 years, Bruce Lefavi has been running his own financial consulting business and meets on a regular basis with clients to review their financial status and discuss current financial concerns. Mr. Lefavi also makes presentations locally and across the nation to special groups with popular titles such as "Bulletproofing," "Tax Strategies That Make Sales!" etc.

What is he like personally? Bruce loves everything about the financial world and approaches it with a sense of humor. His mother, Dorothy Lefavi, tells about Bruce as a paperboy winning a contest. "He not only won one first prize bicycle, he won two of them. Bruce gave his old bike to his brother, kept one new one and sold the other. He has always had the entrepreneurial spirit.".

Bruce's favorite sports are snow skiing and basketball. You can catch him at the gym for a pick-up game a couple of days a week.

Bruce has homes in both Park City and Salt Lake City. For fun, he loves to relax in the Caribbean and haunt antique shops. He loves art and has an extensive collection of Maxfield Parrish prints, which are currently on display in the Lefavi Wealth Management foyer. Bruce was born in Kankakee, Illinois, an Air Force Brat, and is the oldest of four children.
